As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, you wouldn’t be the only one that feels a little bored. Many of you may be finding it hard to stay positive and mindful during the lockdowns and periods of restriction.

A few other ideas to keep you occupied during the lockdown include:

  • Exercise – go on a walks/runs or an at home workout, use an app to count how many steps you do, set yourself a goal!
  • Connect with people – Design a quiz for people in your household, or even host an online zoom quiz which will allow everyone to be together and connect.
  • Learn a new language – free online courses
  • Gardening – gardening can be a healing and productive way to spend time
  • Reading – for those who enjoy reading, this is a good time to catch up on those to read lists.
  • Cooking/Baking – it’s a great time to learn how to bake a new dish for the family or for yourself.
  • Clean out the house – Declutter your home by ditching items you haven’t used or worn.

Lockdowns and restrictions are never easy, and we hope you are taking some time to look after yourself!
