Shane joined Green Taylor Partners in 2010 as our Business Manager.
Shane had previously managed Western District Employment Access in Horsham & Stawell, and spent several years at Workco Limited as the Labour Hire & Recruitment Manager.

Shane’s management role includes the day-to-day business operations of Green Taylor Partners as well as all Human Resource, Corporate, Finance, Marketing and Business Operations management
Away From Green Taylor Partners, Shane is married to Robynne who’s the Owner / Director of Mink Hair Horsham.
Shane and Robynne have two sons, Alex a Personal Trainer working at The Underground Movement and Snap Fitness in Ballarat and
Riley commenced his Electrical Apprenticeship with the CHS Group Horsham 2018
Shane plays and coaches football with the Horsham Saints and plays tennis with St. Michael’s Tennis Club.
He spends his weekends playing and watching his boys play sport and when he gets the opportunity likes to head off camping or to the beach attempting to surf with the family.
